We currently provide same-day collection and delivery services within Ipswich, Colchester, Felixstowe, and Sudbury. kindly read the full terms of service here!
Services Offered
- Standard Delivery: Collection & delivery within 24 hours. £1.50 per mile excl. VAT.
- Priority Delivery: Collection within 30 mins – 3 hours; delivery within 30 mins – 4 hours. £2.00 per mile excl. VAT.
Booking & Cut-Off Time
- Standard Delivery: Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM for next-day delivery.
- Priority Delivery: Orders must be placed by 6:00 PM for same-day service.
Is VAT included in your pricing?
Yes, all prices shown include 20% VAT.
Pricing & VAT
- Standard Delivery: £1.80 per mile (incl. VAT)
- Priority Delivery: £2.40 per mile (incl. VAT)
- Minimum charges apply: A flat rate applies to all shipments under 10 miles.
- £18.00 for Standard
- £24.00 for Priority
- Pricing is calculated based on direct mileage from pickup to delivery location.
- All final prices include 20% VAT.
Weight & Size Limits
- The maximum parcel weight allowed is 50kg.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes, every parcel is automatically covered up to £20 in case of loss or damage. If your item is worth more, we recommend arranging additional insurance independently.
Waiting Time Policy
- The first 3 minutes at pickup or delivery are free.
- After that, we charge £1 per 5-minute block of waiting time.
Do you deliver outside your listed areas?
We may be able to help depending on availability. Please contact us directly for a custom quote.
What items can’t I send?
We do not carry hazardous, illegal, fragile (unprotected), or perishable goods that require special handling.
